Today I headed over to the Dales to The Saddle Room to watch Abbie & Tom say I do , and honestly, what a story this wedding turned out to be, set in one of the most breathtaking locations imaginable. The Saddle Room, surrounded by the rolling hills and wild beauty of the Yorkshire Dales, was absolutely stunning. Even with Storm Amy trying her very best to steal the show, the landscape still delivered , dramatic skies, endless countryside and that unmistakable Dales atmosphere that makes everything feel a little bit more special.
Storm Amy threw everything she had at us. Wind, rain, chaos… you name it. We had Plans A, B, C and D firmly in our back pockets , and even a power cut the night before couldn’t stop these two. But somehow… the skies listened.
The rain paused, the wind made itself very known (okay, A LOT), and we rolled with it. Photos? Outside. Confetti? Outside. Against that epic Yorkshire backdrop, it was nothing short of magic.And then came the speeches… wow.
Emotional, heartfelt and full of laughter, proud parents, shaky voices, happy tears and moments that had the whole room hanging on every word. From a photographer’s point of view, absolute gold and such a beautiful reflection of just how loved Abbie & Tom are.It genuinely couldn’t have been more perfect. Abbie & Tom, you absolutely smashed it , calm, joyful and taking everything in your stride like total pros. Honestly… go buy a lottery ticket! Enjoy every second of your honeymoon and these little teasers for now, there is SO much goodness to come. Congratulations to the brand new Mr & Mrs Chadwick! 🤍✨

Claire is a phenomenal and talented photographer who is down to earth and genuine. She made us feel special from securing the date to catching up and keeping in touch weeks after the big day. It was amazing to have previews to look at on our wedding night- such a fast turnaround! Claire was full of advice and information and we trusted her wholeheartedly with the timing of our day, photo locations and even helping to do my dress up.
