Ahhh what an absolutely incredible day down at Alexander Weddings for Ash & David 🤍
A venue that already feels so special to me for so many reasons, but this day truly highlighted just how magical it is, especially when it’s wrapped in canvas, surrounded by greenery and centred around the beautiful Lake Henry. Nina & Lawrence, you guys just get it. Every detail felt thoughtful, relaxed and full of heart. The tipi vibe was everything , soft light filtering through the canvas, natural textures, stunning florals and that warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone instantly feels at home. From guests gathering by the water, to confetti-filled celebrations and quiet moments under the trees, the whole day flowed so effortlessly.
And then… the lake. 🤍
Ash & David taking to Lake Henry in a rowing boat was pure magic , calm, romantic and such a special little pocket of time just for the two of them. A moment to breathe, laugh and soak it all in, with the most beautiful reflections and greenery all around. Honestly, one of those pinch-me moments that makes this venue so unique.
Ash & David brought such timeless elegance to the relaxed setting, classic, stylish and completely at ease. From beautiful details and heartfelt moments, to big laughs, family cuddles, swings in the trees, incredible food shared together and that unforgettable boat adventure, this day was tipi wedding perfection at its very best. Huge bravo to you and your amazing team - pure excellence from start to finish 👏✨
I genuinely have no idea how I was meant to choose previews tonight because I loved every single image. You guys, and every single one of your suppliers, were an absolute dream — what a team, what a vibe, what a day. For now, I’ll leave you with just a little handful… but wow, there is SO much goodness still to come. Thank you for being you, you utter legends! And the boat FUN… was it worth it?! We honestly couldn’t have dreamed up a better wedding photographer if we tried. After dreading our pre-shoot (two camera-shy people, who hate photos of ourselves), we saw the images and — WOW — we knew instantly she was the one. On the big day, she somehow turned us into naturals in front of the camera while simultaneously keeping our two whirlwind boys under control like some sort of photo-ninja-parent-whisperer. Her attention to detail is insane, her calm-but-in-charge energy kept everything running smoothly, and she captured moments we didn’t even know were happening. We waited three years for her, and it was worth every second — the photos are out of this world. She made us laugh, made us relax, and made sure our day looked as magical as it felt. Honestly, booking her is the easiest “yes” you’ll ever say…. Claire you are an absolute Wizard and just the best!! We cannot wait to see the rest of our images. Thank you!!
